In early August, cargo-partner organized the shipment of containers from six different origins in China to three European countries.

Cargo-partner, a subsidiary of NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, has recently overseen a series of rail shipments for a major European discount retailer. By coordinating the transport of nearly 160 forty-foot containers from multiple locations in China to Poland, Hungary, and Romania, the logistics provider played a key role in ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.

The bulk of these shipments were managed through two dedicated block trains departing from Xi’an. The first train, carrying 55 containers, left on August 12, bound for Malaszewicze. A second train, scheduled to depart on August 14, is set to transport 55 containers, split between destinations in Malaszewicze and Budapest.

The remaining containers will be delivered using cargo-partner’s regular train connections. This rail-focused operation allowed the retailer to meet its critical deadlines while offering a cost-effective and environmentally conscious alternative to other transport modes.
