G&K Rail Group has expanded its locomotive fleet with the addition of Gama 111Ed and 111Eo locomotives. The company entered into a leasing agreement with Rail Capital Partners for these locomotives, which are the first of their kind in G&K Rail Group’s portfolio.
The Gama locomotives, manufactured in Poland, offer multi-system capabilities, allowing operation across various electrification systems commonly used in the region. The locomotives will support the company’s activities in freight and traction services.
G&K Rail Group operates its services in Poland, with its logistics and railway operations also provided through its subsidiary, Cargo Train. The group’s services cover both freight and passenger rail transport, including the transport of dangerous goods. Additionally, the company provides traction services and workforce leasing related to railway traffic safety operations.
