It is the company’s third rail expansion in the last six months, supporting sectors such as semiconductors and electric vehicles.

OmniTRAX has acquired Central Arizona Commerce Park (CAZCP), adding the park's rail infrastructure and remaining undeveloped land to its portfolio. This acquisition makes OmniTRAX the exclusive infrastructure partner for the 679-acre industrial park located in Casa Grande, Arizona.

CAZCP is situated within Pinal County's innovation corridor, known for its concentration of global technology, advanced manufacturing, and distribution companies. Notable businesses operating in the park include Lucid Motors, Tractor Supply, Wright Asphalt, Triumvirate Environmental, and several Tier-1 suppliers to the semiconductor industry. These companies are critical to domestic manufacturing efforts, contributing to onshoring high-tech industries in the United States. The area also houses other major companies such as Kohler, Wal-Mart, and Hexcel Corporation.

CAZCP benefits from strategic rail connections via the Union Pacific network, alongside multi-modal access to major logistics hubs like the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles, and the Phoenix and Tucson international airports. The site’s infrastructure and location are expected to further support industrial growth in the region by enhancing supply chain efficiency for its varied clientele.

This acquisition brings CAZCP into OmniTRAX’s broader network of 28 railroads, which serve industrial parks and ports across the country. It is the seventh major industrial park in the OmniTRAX network, offering integrated rail and real estate solutions to support long-term industrial development.
