RAILPOOL Polska has appointed Rafał Stańczyk to its management board, adding him as Managing Director as the company continues to structure its presence on the Polish leasing market.
Stańczyk has extensive experience in rail transport and fleet management. At RAILPOOL Polska, he will oversee daily operations, guide the development of service offerings, and maintain cooperation with customers and business partners.
The company currently has 134 locomotives approved for operation in Poland. According to the company’s outlook, the figure is expected to approach 200 by mid-2027. This growth forms part of RAILPOOL’s wider approach to supplying modern traction for cross-border flows and domestic traffic.
In his new role, Stańczyk plans to focus on advancing the firm’s activities in Poland and extending collaboration with operators. He also aims to widen the offer with solutions aimed at supporting railway undertakings competing with the road sector.
