Etihad Rail Freight has signed an agreement with Trojan General Contracting, a leading construction company in the UAE that specializes in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure, civil engineering and building projects across various sectors, to provide comprehensive transport and logistics services for its aggregates. This strategic partnership strengthens Etihad Rail Freight's commitment to improving connectivity and providing seamless, end-to-end supply chain solutions that drive efficiency and reliability across the United Arab Emirates.
Under the partnership, Etihad Rail Freight will provide first and last-mile services to transport aggregates from Trojan's quarries in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) and Fujairah to the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD) and Dubai Industrial City (DIC) via its rail terminal at Al Ghail Dry Port in RAK. The streamlined process will ensure that goods continue to move between these key locations. In addition, at its Al Ghail Dry Port terminal in RAK, as well as its terminals in ICAD and DIC, Etihad Rail Freight will provide secure storage services for Trojan General Contracting's products.
